Technical Support Agreement
Our Technical Support Agreement covers all consulting work not included in the SMA. The Systems Maintenance Agreement is designed to verify continued hardware reliability and acceptable software performance at a fixed monthly price. However, the flat fee structure of that program does not allow us to include System design services, nor the common hardware and software errors, operator induced problems and general system failures that occur every day. Our Technical Support Agreement covers this type of service at a reduced hourly rate.
FlexIT
FlexIT is an Adaptive Resource Model that provides enterprise-grade IT resources to any size organization, in exact increments. These increments can be based on budgets, resource requirements or project timelines. For smaller organizations, FlexIT provides fractional resources to meet needs that require specialized skill sets and expensive staff positions that may not be warranted. Hardware/Software Sales
UNAPEN resells all major brands of hardware and software. Through our value-added-reseller relationships with most hardware and software manufacturers as well as several major distributors, we are to offer our clients access to the resources required to meet any need. Further, as sales are typically part of a larger relationship, our recommendations are directed towards the correct path for your individual requirements. Should this lead to a recommendation of purchasing from another entity, we do not hesitate to offer that solution.
