  UNAPEN Announces Relocation of Corporate Headquarters

  Consolidation of Headquarters and Satellites Coincides with Promotions and New Personnel

Shelton, CT: January 19, 2005—UNAPEN is pleased to announce the relocation and consolidation of all its offices to Wallingford, Connecticut on January 22, 2005. Our headquarters, along with the Human Resources and Finance Departments, will all be located at our brand new facilities at the following address:

We are also pleased to announce that UNAPEN is instituting a new Support Hotline for our clients with Product Support Agreements, Business Continuity Agreements and Technical Support Agreements.

UNAPEN has some exciting news about staffing and organizational changes. Recently, John Leavy was promoted to Vice President of Operations and Ken Rode was promoted to Vice President of IT Services. John is responsible for all Outsourcing Services, Project Management, along with the Quality Assurance and Business Analyst groups. Ken oversees all Tech Support and System Maintenance relationships, as well as being a GSEC, GCFW, GCIH. Those credentials mean that if you have questions or problems with security in your network, Ken is the person to contact.

We are also pleased to announce that Brian Kish joined UNAPEN on January 18, 2005 as the Manager of Development. Brian comes to us from FleetBoston with over twenty years of industry experience overseeing the development of financial services products, most recently as Senior Vice President of Emerging Technologies. We look forward to Brian bringing cutting edge contributions to our product development efforts, just as he did with Fleet’s revolutionary WebConnect product line.

We look forward to a new and exciting era in UNAPEN’s history. In 2005, we will be delivering new releases and optional enhancements for our flagship ClientLogix product. We also will introduce the latest additions to our FUSION product line that will revolutionize the way your back office works.
