SalesLogix 6.2: The SalesLogix 6.2 upgrade represents a significant technical advancement, while also positioning for full .NET compliance with the planned release of SalesLogix 7.0, currently in beta. Some of the notable 6.2 improvements are to remote synchronization, performance, Outlook integration, Network support, graphics and VB Scripting. Additional capabilities have also been added to User Customization, Business Process Automation, Opportunity Management and Speed Search. |

Improved Portfolio Accounting System (PAS) and other 3rd Party Integration (Connectors): UNAPEN introduces bidirectional capabilities to its PAS connectors. ClientLogix technology often plays the data traffic cop when moving information between systems. For example, address changes are commonly entered into ClientLogix and automatically propagated to the PAS and other systems, so there is no need for duplicate entry. This eliminates human error and improves back-office efficiency. Likewise, account openings, account closings, performance, holdings and transactions are all automatically loaded into ClientLogix from the PAS system. This information also may be propagated to other 3rd party systems for billing or reporting. With these improvements, UNAPEN continues to excel in the delivery of true back-office efficiency. |

Higher User-Customization Ability: Users can now decide which tabs they want to display on a screen. They can also choose columns, column order and default sort order. This is in addition to dynamic group/lists and reports that were already available. As always, real usability remains of utmost importance. |
